1 Clean Pull + 1 Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean

*Build each set with the aim to finish at around 8/10 RPE.
*This will be touch and go. Do not drop the barbell.

10 Burpee Pull Up’s
15 Front Squat’s (50/35kg)
