WOD – Teams of 2:
50 Synchro Super Squats (1 Right Leg Reverse Lunge, 1 Left Leg Reverse Lunge, 1 Air Squat

Partner 1- 1 min max meter Row/Ski
Partner 2- 6 Alt DB Hang Cleans, 4 DB Press Up’s, 2 Alt DB Devil’s Press (22.5/15kg)

Rotate every min until reach 3000m on rower.
Must stop exactly on 3000m or gain a Burpee penalty for +/- meters.
Burpee Penalty must be complete before starting the cash out.
