Strength: 5 x 5 @ 75% of last weeks Front Squat Max

Skill – EMOM X 6:
Weighted Box Step Up (Dumb Bell, Barbell, Kettlebell, Body Weight)

Focus on driving that leading leg until you are fully stood up before the trailing leg lands on the box
