WOD – EMOM 20:
7/10 Cal Row + 1 Burpee
* Add 1 Burpee each round until the round of 10 Burpees, then work your way back down the ladder

If failed within the minute continue working:
30 secs on / 30 secs off for max cals

Score = total cals or 20 if EMOM is completed
