The aim of this session is to show you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skills. This will prepare you to join in with our CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently, safely and efficiently carry out the movements.
This is mandatory for people new to CrossFit
STEP 1

You will need to log into our system to book your session. Click ‘sign up’ and then fill in your email address to begin the process.
STEP 3

All of our sessions are booked through an app called Team Up, you must create log in details with your email and password here.
