The CrossFit prescription is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.” CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialised fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimise physical competence in each of ten recognised fitness domains.
We are a multi-disciplined facility that revolves around an established CrossFit ethos at heart. The latest chapter in a business that has humble origins where dues have already been paid. Built on experience, results, and internationally competing athletes and coaches. By championing community spirit and inter gym comradery we provide more than a ‘place to train’.
