Strength = Deadlifts

Build to a moderate set of 3 Unbroken, No touch deadlifts
(Bar does not touch the floor on the way down after 1st rep it stays approx 2/3″ off and then complete reps 2 and 3)
Work on keeping the core tight and using time under tension to build strength
