This week is the start of our New cycles. The last cycle seen a lot of progress with 2 of our member achieving their first bar muscle ups. Put in the work and trust the progress.

Strength – Power clean/squat clean
Build to a heavy single
1 power clean
Drop and reset then
1 squat clean

Skill
Over head squats
Emom x 8                                                                                                                                                                                                  1-10 Reps

Or use the time to practise using pvc pipes and bands
