Max metres as one large group
Each person Ski’s 250m as a sprint then runs 400mtrs                                                                                                                  Soon as the ski erg is free the next person starts their ski
Once your back in off your run either straight back on the ski or rest until its free.


The aim is to work together to accumulate as many meters as possible
